Christina (Chrissie) works within the land-based department in sourcing exceptional private staff for UHNWIs and their private estates.

She brings 3 years of recruitment agency expertise to her role at Quay Crew. Previously, Chrissie has worked as a Fundraising Recruitment Manager and managed teams within the hospitality sector.

Chrissie is a self-professed foodie who loves to cook. Outside of work, you’ll find her looking for new places to eat or getting stuck into a Pilates class. Despite being from Bournemouth, Chrissie has enjoyed travelling to some exciting places in Thailand!
