Role Overview:
As a Villa Co-Manager, you will work alongside an experienced local Co-Manager who is enthusiastic about welcoming additional support. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the estate’s day-to-day operations, including planned maintenance and contractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estate Management: Ensure the smooth running of the estate, focusing on planned maintenance.
- Contractor Coordination: Work with existing contractors for services including generators, electrical systems, HVAC, air conditioning, AVIT, pool maintenance, salon upkeep, and kitchen management.
- Maintenance: Provide first-fix options when possible. No dedicated maintenance staff are employed.
- Communication: Handle daily calls and weekly emails with the Principal to report on estate conditions and address any issues.
Requirements:
- Technical Background: Proven experience in a technical role within a superyacht or private estate setting.
- Luxury Experience: Previous experience in a luxury environment.
- Languages: Fluent in both French and English.

- 70m Dual season Private/Charter yacht are seeking a Chief officer to join them in January 2025
- Fantastic opportunity to work alongside great Captains, longstanding deck team and an excellent owner
- They are looking for an experienced Chief Officer holding minimum of CM3000 and at least 1+ years’ experience on 50m+ yachts
- The yacht runs a dual season itinerary including Med & Caribbean cruising – mixture of Private and charter but mostly privet usage
- Big watersports set up onboard, interests and experience in all watersports and kite surfing would be advantageous
- They are looking for a driven, switched on Chief officer who has a good grip on both paperwork and bridge operations whilst leading from the front and being active with deck operations
- Great team, tight knit crew with a work hard play hard attitude – sporty crew wo enjoy team sports outside of work
- On offer is an industry standard salary, time for time rotation (2:2), solid training budget and courses paid for along with an even split of any charter tips

Description
• 100m+ Prestigious New Build are looking for rockstar 3rd Officer to join them in January 2025
• This is an amazing opportunity to join an exciting New build project due for Launch in Summer 2025 with an interesting Worldwide cruising itinerary upon launch
• The position will initially be as 3rd Officer during the build period on a full-time contract but will progress into a rotational 2nd officer position upon launch
• They are looking for a diligent, organised officer with a good ability to problem solve and a good character and strong work ethic
• The project is currently being overseen by longstanding crew from the owner’s previous yacht and you will be working closely alongside the Chief Officers onboard whilst the project ramps up over the next few months
• Due to the location of the build – Candidates based within Europe and surrounding are preferred
• They are looking for candidates with 1 year to 18 months proven experience as 3rd Officer on a similar size yacht or a 2nd officer coming from a slightly smaller yacht – superb references will be required!
• OOW 3000 required as min, Chief Mate 3000 preferred but not essential
• This position is open to both Male and Female candidates
• Package to be discussed during initial call but the salary range is extremely generous and depending on experience. Initially 45 days build contract and rolling into a time for time rotation upon launch. The interview process will likely include a face-to-face meeting at the yard with Captain and Chief Officer.
