Originally from Macclesfield, Alice moved to Dorset in 2022 as part of a relocation package with her former company, a finance recruiter. Having worked in recruitment since 2019, Alice has a proven track record of making excellent placements across a range of roles in a variety of sectors. A proactive and enthusiastic team player, Alice has embedded herself in the yachting industry, making strong connections with both clients and candidates. Her initiative and communication skills mean she is skilled at understanding both job briefs and crew requirements within our engineering department. Outside of work, Alice enjoys being active and is a massive dog lover with a Cavapoo called Peach.
