Chief Stew required for 100m new build yacht
- We are looking for an established, experienced Chief Stew to join this exciting new build project
- Start date is SEPTEMBER
- You will work opposite the existing Chief who knows the family very well
- Dual season yacht
- Private with great owners
- Build experience would be a bonus but setting up the interior in terms of SOP is definitely required
- Working alongside the opposite Chief to recruit the large team on board

Description
- 80m Dual season Private motor yacht are looking for a Bosun to join them 8th/9th of May – potential for flexibility on start dates
- They are looking for a Bosun that can hit the ground running and is coming from a smaller yacht looking to make a step up in size. Lead deckhands from larger yachts will also be considered!
- Prestigious build yacht with Med & Caribbean cruising running a family style operation with lots of watersports!
- Italy, SOF cruising this Summer – the owners want to use the yacht and you will accrue lots of sea time onboard
- Must be comfortable leading a team, good in tenders and have strong organisational skills
- Ideally you will be working towards OOW with a few modules complete, potential to grow and gain additional experience in the bridge once you have your OOW!
- On offer is a salary of 4800-5000 Euros DOE, 60 days contractually with an additional 30 days at Captains discretion (90 days in total), the long term plan will be to run a 3:1, discretionary bonus and full training budget
