We are seeking an exceptional Estate Manager / Private PA to oversee a stunning oceanfront estate located between Palm Beach and Miami. This full-time role is ideal for a polished professional with experience in high-end estate management or five-star hotel operations.
The Role: You will manage a palace-like residence with fine gardens, multiple estate homes, and complex systems, ensuring impeccable standards, service, and discretion. You’ll lead and develop a small, high-performing team while handling all aspects of property management, staff coordination, vendor oversight, and private PA duties for the principals, including luxury travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor estate staff to deliver consistent 5-star service

Oversee property maintenance, preventative care, and project execution

Manage vendors, contracts, and budgets with attention to detail

Coordinate personal travel and provide high-level PA support

Requirements:

Proven experience managing luxury estates or top-tier hospitality properties

Able to pass full background checks, pre-employment physical, and drug screening
