Position: Live-in/Live-out House Manager/PA
Location: Cirencester/Tetbury
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

A warm and welcoming family with a lovely 7-bedroom property in the heart of the Cotswold countryside is looking for an exceptional House Manager/PA to oversee their home and support their two young teenagers. This full-time, long-term role offers a unique blend of house management and personal assistance, with the opportunity to evolve as the children grow older and the family's needs change.

Responsibilities
- Oversee school-related activities, appointments, and ensure the boys have everything needed for weekly and weekend activities.
- Assist with homework, school projects, and instrument practice, and keep the children engaged during school holidays.
- Prepare simple, nutritious dinners for the family and assist with breakfast as needed.
- Oversee the daily running of the household, including tidying, laundry, and ironing.
- Organise and coordinate contractors, handle quotes, and manage household accounts (including staff payments for cleaners, handymen, and gardeners).
- Care for the family dogs, including daily walks and pet-sitting when the family is away.
PA:
- Coordinate the family's calendar, including social events, sports, and school activities.
- Manage errands, including grocery shopping, booking international travel.
- Support mum’s business with administrative tasks, such as coordinating appointments, booking flights, and transfers.

- Self-starter: Proactive, organized, and capable of taking initiative.
- Tech-savvy: Confident in using email, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Outlook to keep the family’s schedule in sync.

Salary: $140K – $160K

A wonderful opportunity for an Executive Housekeeper to join a beautiful private estate in the Los Altos area.
This stunning estate boasts 7 main bedrooms, an indoor/outdoor pool, gym, spa, cinema room, and a guest villa!
Key Details:
- You will be part of a team with 2 other housekeepers under the guidance of a supportive house manager.
- The principals are in residence for 10 weeks a year. During these periods, the role will shift to a 60% service and 40% housekeeping balance, requiring high-level service like a charter vessel.
- You must be discrete, professional, and able to work weekends and evenings when the principals are in residence.
Ideal Candidate:
- Ex-Yacht Steward/Stewardess or current yacht stew looking to transition to a land-based role.

Villa Co-Manager
Location: French Polynesia
Salary: Up to $7,500 per month (Tax-Free)
Live-in accommodation (separate to the estate)
Are you ready for an extraordinary career opportunity in one of the world’s most idyllic locations? We are seeking a dedicated Villa Co-Manager to join our team at an exclusive waterfront estate in French Polynesia. This stunning property features 10 self-contained bedrooms, a pool, tennis court, volleyball court, salon, spa, and much more!
About the Estate:
- Principal Use: The villa is used by the principal for relaxation three times a year, each visit lasting one month. The property is not used for parties.
- Rental: The estate is rented to private clients 3-4 times a year with bookings made well in advance.
- Developments: Currently, a theatre and recording studio are under construction.
- Staffing: Approximately 11 staff members when guests are in residence, including chefs, housekeepers, gardeners, an assistant manager, and an activities manager. The team reduces to 8 staff when the estate is not occupied.
Role Overview:
As a Villa Co-Manager, you will work alongside an experienced local Co-Manager who is enthusiastic about welcoming additional support. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the estate’s day-to-day operations, including planned maintenance and contractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estate Management: Ensure the smooth running of the estate, focusing on planned maintenance.
- Contractor Coordination: Work with existing contractors for services including generators, electrical systems, HVAC, air conditioning, AVIT, pool maintenance, salon upkeep, and kitchen management.
- Maintenance: Provide first-fix options when possible. No dedicated maintenance staff are employed.
- Communication: Handle daily calls and weekly emails with the Principal to report on estate conditions and address any issues.
Requirements:
- Technical Background: Proven experience in a technical role within a superyacht or private estate setting.
- Luxury Experience: Previous experience in a luxury environment.
- Languages: Fluent in both French and English.
- Location Preference: European or local candidates preferred; non-US due to employment restrictions.
- The role is not suitable for families due to accommodation set-up
