Caroline has filled two interior positions for us in the last 6 months and we have been working with Quay Crew for the past two years. Project Touchdown / Aquarius was coming towards the end of the build process at Feadship and we still had several key positions unfilled on deck when Quay Crew first made contact. We had been working with other agencies but unfortunately there seemed to be a lack of good candidates around. After taking the time to find out what we wanted they quickly sent over a small selection of excellent candidates for each position. Each candidate has a detailed cover letter and fitted the brief so I didn’t waste time reading unsuitable CVs. Quay Crew always take verbal references too , not rely on written ones which I like. We employed several candidates from Quay Crew on the deck and in the interior and at the time of writing all of them are doing really well and fitting in. Despite entering into the process at a late date Quay Crew impressed me with their quick, efficient service and of course the great candidates they sent. I also like their personal touch. They did a great job and I would recommend their services, especially for a new build project which requires a large number of crew to join in a short space of time. Tim approached me in early 2013 and introduced Quay Crew with the aim of assisting Project Victory with its initial crew recruitment during the final year of the build process. Quay Crew made multiple placements on board across various key positions including both Chief Officers and various other ranks throughout all departments on board.
