Quay Crew are an industry leading Crew Agency based out of Antibes and Poole.
Between the team of 4 we have 10 years of super yacht experience and over 18 years combined recruitment experience, 9 of which is in the super yacht industry. We have also worked for some of the most prestigious yachts in the industry, and some of the best recruitment companies in the UK. Quay Crew will be supplying an unprecedented level of yachting and recruitment expertise.
We pride ourselves on making crew recruitment personal and in turn making sure we build long term relationships with Clients & Candidates alike to ensure we are placing the right crew on the right yachts.
Quay Crew will be recruiting everything from Captains to Stewardesses to Deckhands, Engineers to Chefs and all of those other challenging positions which require unique skills and experience.
Utilising industry knowledge, an excellent network of contacts and the most advanced yachting and recruitment database available, we will be matching the best candidates to the right yachts with the end result being a perfect match for both parties.

MEET THE TEAM
From 2006 to 2007 Tim was lucky enough to spend two years as a deckhand on MY Sai Ram and My Leander, two excellent charter yachts. After leaving yachting Tim moved up to London for a career in recruitment. Predominantly working in the financial and banking sector supplying everything from AVPs to Managing Directors for many clients including Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Barclays and Thomson Reuters, Tim decided to set up a crew agency which utilised the recruitment model used in high end recruitment in London and adapting it to the yachting industry. Quay Crew was formed in 2013 and is proving to be a great success. Tim covers the deck department predominantly working on Captain and Officer roles.
Caroline entered the yachting industry in 2005 as a Junior Stewardess on MY Kahalani. She progressed through the ranks quickly and was Chief Stewardess on Capella C before finally becoming Chief Stewardess / Purser on MY GU. After
leaving yachts, Caroline spent over 2 years working for one of the high profile international crew agencies based out of Antibes. Here she learnt a huge amount about the industry and how crew agencies operate which has
influenced the direction and business ethos of Quay Crew. Since setting up the company in May 2013, Caroline has taken over the interior side of Quay Crew and now predominantly deals with Pursers, Chief Stews, 2nd Stews and all Chef roles.
Sam comes to us with a unique background to the crew agency sector. Sam worked in recruitment in the Office / Admin sector for several years where she rose to manager where she looked after 4 consultants. Leaving recruitment Sam moved to Cobham plc a FTSE 250 company which is a technology and engineering firm which has a large maritime division including SeaTel and Thrane & Thrane. Sam started in a fairly junior role but was promoted multiple times before heading up Internal and Corporate Communications. Sam’s husband is a former yachtie who went the other way and is now a commercial Captain which gives her a unique perspective on the industry. Sam looks after all the engineering roles for Quay Crew and the junior stews too!
